Diagnostics

Our Diagnostic Equipment

We are equipped with two data acquisition and recording devices, which can be coupled to read up to 14 measuring points simultaneously. We can measure pressure up to 400 bars, flow from 0.2 L/min to 300 L/min, temperature and rotation speeds. We also have loading valves for simulation of load tests.

Capabilities

This equipment verifies in situ the state of a pump, in comparing manufacturer's data, the state of wear of a bow thruster motor. The equipment also locates the origin of performance loss of a system by conducting tests on various components. It allows an assessment of the operation conditions of the entire hydraulic system and in situ.

Furthermore, measures conducted in situ for one to two days are more cost effective and time saving. Removal of a pump or a motor, its transport for verification on a test bank by specialized contractors as well as return operation, can last one or two weeks and give only a partial assessment of the encountered problems.

We have a hydraulic power pack for up to 100 L/min.

We test load stopper valves and issue the appropriate certificates.
